At Custom Golf Gloves USA, we follow a structured sampling process to ensure your golf gloves meet exact quality, fit, and branding requirements. All samples are manufactured in Sialkot, Pakistan — a globally recognized hub for premium sports goods — and delivered to the USA for your review before bulk production.

Step 1: Share Your Requirements

Provide your glove specifications including design references, logo placement, preferred materials, colors, sizes, and expected quantity. You may also share a tech pack, artwork files, or reference images.

Step 2: Material & Design Confirmation

Our team reviews your requirements and suggests suitable materials and construction options. We finalize glove patterns, stitching details, and branding placement based on your approval.

Step 3: Sample Development

Once approved, we begin developing your sample using selected materials to match final production quality. This includes logo application, stitching, labeling, and packaging if required.

Step 4: Sample Delivery (USA)

Finished samples are shipped from Pakistan to the USA using reliable courier services. Tracking details are provided after dispatch for full transparency.

Step 5: Feedback & Revisions

After receiving your sample, you can review fit, comfort, grip, branding, and finishing. Any required adjustments are implemented before final approval.

Step 6: Bulk Production

Once approved, we proceed to bulk manufacturing in Sialkot. Production timelines depend on design complexity and order volume. Strict quality control checks are carried out before shipment.

Step 7: Final Shipment (USA Delivery)

Bulk orders are shipped to the USA with reliable logistics partners. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping is available, ensuring a smooth delivery process without unexpected charges.
